Best in Show was Pat Kelly's Golden Agouti.

This is the last time an Agouti won BIS at Bradford.

Unfortunately, we do not have a photograph of Pat's winning cavy but here he is judging the Silver Agouti class in the separate NACC stock show at the same event. The winner was Vic Bailey.

In 1978 Pat Kelly was NACC President and Panel Judge. As well as his momentous win, Pat also won the "President's" Trophy for Best Golden at the Club's Young Stock Show on an awesome six occasions between 1969 and 1974 before his final victory in 1980.
